Each class offers an hour of creative expression of well-rounded vinyasas & learning about the benefits of each pose, connecting with other like-minded people, moving to elevating music & practicing quiet reflection. Inspired by Kundalini & Anasura yoga, this Hatha yoga class is adaptive for all levels & includes static holds as well, & can be as restorative or challenging as you need it to be. Rate: $14/class, $70/month unlimited or $110 for a 10-class pack.
Some women start Prenatal Yoga the moment they find out they’re pregnant, others discover it in their last month… wherever you are on your journey, these friendly, strengthening, heart-opening drop-in classes will help you feel great. Partners are welcome to attend. Prenatal Yoga is safe for any trimester, and perfect for any level of yoga experience from raw beginner onward.
